When you choose the "Register" option from the menu, the registration page will open, where you can choose to register as an individual or as a Business user. If you choose to register as an individual, you will be directed to select your preferred registration method—via email, Facebook, or Gmail. Select your preferred registration method and enter the required information. 

Confirm your registration via the link sent to your email, enter your password and other necessary details, and that’s it! Good luck! 

After registering on our platform on the rightselect the BUY optionthen find a vehicle that meets your criteria and start the purchase process. 

When you choose a specific car, select the test drive option, choose a time that works for you, wait for the car owner to confirm the appointment, and everything will be ready for your inspection and test drive of the car. 

Did you know that all cars on the platform come with a free 15-day return and a money-backguarantee? 

This gives you enough time to decide if your new car is the right choice for you or if you think it should find a new owner. 

 

P.S. Don’t forget that the 15th day ends no later than 6:00 PM on that day! 

 

Conditions that must be met to be eligible for a return: 

 

  • The vehicle has been driven less than 1.000,00 km (one thousand kilometers); 

  • There are no bodywork or paintwork damages that occurred after the vehicle was delivered; 

  • There are no mechanical and/or other damages; 

  • The vehicle matches the condition established at the “Moment of execution of the sale of the Selected motor vehicle; 

  • No modifications/alterations have been made to the vehicle after its delivery; 

  • The vehicle is not subject to claims and/or restrictions by third parties and/or any other restrictions and/or encumbrances and/or rights. 

 

A purchased motor vehicle can be returned and/or repurchased with 100 % refund and/or up to the amount of the purchase price paid if within 15 days the same purchased motor vehicle: 

 

  • Has been driven less than 1.000,00 km (one thousand kilometers); 

  • There are no mechanical and/or other damages; 

  • No modifications/alterations have been made to the vehicle after its delivery; 

  • The vehicle matches the condition established at the “Moment of execution of the sale of the Selected motor vehicle”; 

  • The vehicle is not subject to claims and/or restrictions by third parties and/or any other restrictionsand/or encumbrances and/or rights. 

 

The request for return and/or purchase can be made in one of 2 ways; 

  • By phone at 0800 8800, or 

Additional costs and/or reasons for reducing the refund amount for the BUYER-USER, in case NEOSTAR accepts to activate this warranty even if the basic conditions for activating the warranty are not met: 

  • NEOSTAR will charge 1 € for each additional kilometer driven over 1.000,00 km (one thousand kilometers); 

  • In case of body-paint and/or mechanical damage that occurred while using the vehicle, NEOSTAR will reduce the purchase value of the vehicle according to the damage assessment by an authorized appraiser engaged by NEOSTAR. 

 

The activation of this warranty is not possible: 

  • For purchased motor vehicles with more than 196 kW or sports versions of manufacturers such as AMG, RS, M series, etc.; 

  • If the BUYER-USER and/or a related person of the BUYER-USER has already requested the activation of this warranty in the last 12 months; 

  • If the purchased motor vehicle does not meet the conditions for activating the warranty. 

  • If the conditions for activation have been met according to this section and/or the content of this warranty. 

 

Notes: 

  • The BUYER-USER can request the activation of the subject warranty even after the expiration of 15 days, for which a fair buyback price of the subject vehicle will be determined after inspection and valuation of the vehicle. NEOSTAR has the discretionary right not to activate the subject warranty and is not bound by the request of the BUYER-USER. 

  • If the actual owner of the vehicle is a Leasing company, the BUYE-USER must terminatethe Leasing Agreement on their own and at their own expense. In the described situation, NEOSTAR will buy the vehicle from the Leasing company for the same amount that was paid (provided that the conditions for this have been met in accordance with the relevant chapter and/or content of this warranty). 

  • NEOSTAR does not refund and/or participate in costs incurred for road usage such as registration, technical inspection, insurance policy, and other costs associated with the purchased motor vehicle. 

  • In case of accepting the request for the activation of the warranty, NEOSTAR will refund the funds and/or the purchase price within the intendedperiod of 5 working days to the BUYER-USER's bank account. 

  • For the purposes of activating the subject warranty, the BUYER-USER may potentially need to sign a statement(s), purchase agreement, etc. 

  • The BUYER-USER is aware that they are obligated to present accurate and/or truthful circumstances and will not act fraudulently in their own interest and/or in connection with their request for activating the subject warranty. Any action contrary to the mentioned will be grounds for claiming damages against NEOSTAR. 

  • The subject warranty is free of charge for the BUYER-USER, and NEOSTAR does not charge any fee for this warranty. For this reason, although NEOSTAR will attempt to secure all benefits from this warranty in favor of the BUYER-USER, it is possible that NEOSTAR will reject the request to activate this warranty. This warranty does not oblige NEOSTAR in any way, which the BUYER-USER agrees with.

Each car is inspected in 59-points by a Neostar expert before delivery to the new owner. After the inspection, if everything is in order, the car receives the Neostar Premium warranty for up to 12 months, giving you the security of your choice. Additionally, we provide all the documentation and service history of the car for full transparency. 

Rarely does any used vehicle come with a warranty? They all come to Neostar.

For all vehicles no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the Neostar Premium warranty is automatically activated upon purchase for a period of 12 months/10,000 km or 6 months/5,000 km, depending on the age of the car. The Neostar Premium warranty applies to all permanently installed mechanical and electronic parts of the vehicle listed in the Checklist during the Initial Verification process, except for parts and functions of the car marked as faulty, in the manner and extent specified in the "General Terms of the Neostar Premium Warranty" and this "Scope of the Neostar Premium Warranty. 

When you choose a car, whether you have agreed on the price with the seller or clicked the "Reserve for €49" option, you enter the car reservation process. To reserve the car, a deposit payment of €49 is required. By entering the requested details and confirming the transaction of €49 (the reservation amount that is refundable after the test drive if no purchase is made), you have completed the payment, and the selected vehicle is reserved. The selected car will be considered reserved from the moment of reservation until the full payment is made, but no longer than 5 (five) days.

You will receive a reservation confirmation in your profile. 

After you have paid the full amount for the car, you will receive confirmation and a message to choose a delivery date. Your preferred date will be sent to the seller and the NEOSTAR facilitator, who will be present at the delivery. If they are unable to accept your preferred date, they will offer you an alternative delivery date. 

For most cars, you can. Cars on Neostar can be listed with a fixed price or offer an option that allows you to make a different offer to the seller. The seller can immediately accept your offer or suggest a different amount.
